Big Magic, celebrating creativity and a creative life in Grand County

Among the 111 works on display in the Art Out of Thin Air show are pieces by well known artist Trine Bumiller, of Fraser and Denver, who is represented by Robischon Gallery of Denver.

To celebrate the Art Show & Sale at Cozens Ranch Museum, four panelists living creative lives in Grand County explore topics such as inspiration, daily routine and challenges to living creatively. Join local artists and creatives to learn about their practices to inspire their art. Panelists are Suzie Royce Cruse (multi-media artist), Kristen Lodge (writer), Joe Rooyakers (musician), Eric Vandernail (painter) with moderator, Marie Johannes, painter.

Diverse in the 'media' they create in, the panelists will inspire you as they answer questions based on Elizabeth Gilbert's book, "Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear" with understanding, practical, light-hearted and heart-warming insights. This hour-long event is sure to get you thinking bigger and magically as you examine the areas in which you aspire to achieve creatively. Whether you are a painter, a writer, musician, foodie, business owner, florist, jeweler, photographer, gardener or more, you are sure to leave refreshed and ready to tackle your creative world anew.

Light refreshments will be served. Information 970-726-5488.
