Berthoud Pass reopens
March 10, 2009
U.S. Highway 40 over Berthoud Pass reopened at 1:10 p.m. after being closed because of adverse weather conditions, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Other travel restrictions in the area remain in effect, including chains being required on all commercial vehicles, including buses and vans with a capacity of 16 or more passengers, on I-70 at the Eisenhower Tunnel (eastbound) and at Vail Pass (both directions).
Updates will be posted as they become available.
