Colorado River Headwaters Chapter of Trout Unlimited presents seminar on writing water project EIS comments
January 24, 2010
The Colorado River Headwaters Chapter of Trout Unlimited will hold a seminar on how to write the most effective comment letter on the Moffat Firming Project at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the Old Church in Fraser (corner of Eisenhower and Norgren)
From 6:30-7:15 p.m. a panel consisting of representatives from TU, Grand County and the Northwest Council of Governments will present a seminar on the most effective approach to writing Moffat Firming letters.
From 7:15-7:45 p.m., there will be a question and answer period.
From 7:45-8:30 p.m. literary professionals will be set up in the back room of the Old Church to assist with the writing of letters. They will help construct and type your letter if you would like to have this assistance.
If you have already written a letter, you can still write another one. Citizens have until March 1 to understand as much as we can and make as many points as we like.
So come to the meeting, learn more about writing effectively and write a letter or another letter.
