The Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 33 prisoners as of Monday, a decline of one from the week before. Those booked into the jail over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Juan M. Serratos, 28, of Fraser, failure to appear, March 4;

Mark D. Capistrant, 26, of Westminster, failure to appear, March 4;
