Grand County Jail Log " Nov. 25

After remaining in the 30s for several weeks, the number of prisoners being held in the Grand County Jail has taken a major jump.

As of Monday, Nov. 24, the jail in Hot Sulphur Springs had a total of 43 prisoners incarcerated behind its locked doors.

Those individuals who were booked at the county jail over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings are:

Joseph S. Rubbo, 38, of Granby, driving under the influence, Nov. 17, Mittimus;

Douglas K. Kidd, 57, of Kremmling, driving under the influence of alcohol, no proof of insurance, careless driving, failing to notify police of an accident and expired license – one year or less, Nov. 17;

Dustin E. Pryke, 24, of Oak Creek, fugitive of justice from a Routt County charge of failure to appear, Nov. 18;

Gregorio Gonzales, 26, of Granby, driving under the influence of alcohol, no proof of insurance, failing to notify police of an accident, no valid driver’s license, careless driving and open container of alcohol in a vehicle, Nov. 21;

Melissa D. Richert, 23, of Kremmling, driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI per se and lane usage violation, Nov. 22;

John R. McKibben, 29, of Kremmling, fugitive of justice from an Arapahoe County charge of failure to comply and fugitive of justice from a Colorado State Patrol charge of driving while ability impaired, Nov. 22;

Timothy A. Palmer, 25, of Golden, probation violation, Nov. 22, Mittimus;

Iovanni Garcia Valenzuela, 27, of Denver, driving after license was under restraint, Nov. 22;

Michael L. Eckley, 54, transient, two charges of failure to pay required fines, Nov. 22;

Dustin R. Breinling, 19, of Kremmling, driving under the influence of drugs, driving after license was under restraint, no proof of insurance, speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
