Kremmling dog show appreciates support

To the Editor:

Happy Paws Dog 4-H Club would like to thank Jill Messenger, Michele Sjaardema, and Terena Thomas for judging at the Grand County 4-H Dog Fun Match on July 19 in Kremmling.

We would also like to thank Joyce and Steph Playter, Joni Haas, Mary and Gordon Harward, Rocky Mountain Bar and Grill, Subway, City Market, The Paw Paw Patch, The Paper Clip, Jerilee’s Paw Spa, Hathaways, Toys R Us, and Douglas County Dog 4-H for their help and contributions to the raffle and silent auction.

Thank you Brenda O’Brien, Lynn Harward, Shawn Bohall, and our club members for putting the raffle and silent auction together and making it happen. The money from the raffle and silent auction was donated to Fraser/Winter Park Police K-9 Unit.

Thank you to Commander Brett Schroetlin and Astra for attending and putting on an excellent demonstration for us.

Thank you to Officer Tom Backer of the Kremmling Police Department for judging our Dog Costume Contest.

Also, thanks to the participants who traveled from all around the state to show their dogs at our dog show.

And BIG thanks to the Kremmling Town Board for letting us use the Town Square Park. We had a successful show and it couldn’t have happened with out all of you.

Happy Paws Dog 4-H Club
