Larimer County inmate found dead

DENVER (AP) – Authorities are investigating the death of a 31-year-old inmate in the Larimer County Jail.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Department says the prisoner was found unresponsive in a restroom Wednesday afternoon after saying he felt ill while working in the jail kitchen.

The Denver Post reports that he died just before 1 p.m. at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins.



His name and other details weren’t immediately available.
