Preservation board seeks experts

The Grand County Historic Preservation Board is seeking interested candidates for two open volunteer Board positions. Ideally, these positions would represent the Granby area or one position from the east valley area and one position from the Granby area, but both positions are open to any Grand County resident over the age of 18.
Applicants living in the Granby or east valley area demonstrating interest, competence, or knowledge in historic preservation and who are professionals in the field of history, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural history, prehistoric or historic archaeology, planning, or related disciplines such as building trades, cultural geography, cultural anthropology, real estate or law, will receive the highest consideration. All other residents having a high level of interest in the history and preservation of Grand County are encouraged to submit their name for consideration.
