As of Monday, the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 33 inmates, six more than last week. Those booked into the jail over the past week, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Michael J. Palmerino, 32, of Steamboat Springs, driving while ability impaired, Jan. 11, Mittimus;

George A. Luty, 32, of Fraser, driving under the influence, Jan. 11;



Darrell D. Osborne, 37, of Greeley, failure to appear – traffic offense, Jan. 13;

Heather M. Bolton, 38, of Lakewood, driving under the influence, Jan. 15, Mittimus;



Jeremiah K. Helton, 21, of Kremmling, contempt of court, remanded to Department of Corrections, Jan. 15;

Brian D. Franco, 32, of Hot Sulphur Springs, 1st degree criminal trespassing, 3rd degree assault, obstruction of police, resisting arrest, menacing and one other charge, Jan. 16;

Jason L. Shannon, 35, driving while ability impaired, drug equipment violations, Jan. 16, Mittimus;

Ashton B. Christopher, 25, of Arvada, unlawful possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, Jan. 16;

William A. Davis, 63, of Evanston, Ill., driving under the influence, speeding, Jan. 17;

Warren N. Joros, 62, of Parshall, 3rd degree assault, Jan. 17.
