Grand County talent show Jan. 29

Sky-Hi News Staff Report

The West Grand Community Educational Foundation is hosting its 3rd Annual Grand County Has Talent Show at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 29 at the West Grand High School Auditorium.

Numerous local talented artists are signing up to bring an evening of entertainment to warm the hearts and souls of the audience. As in past years, there will be celebrity judges as well as audience voting for winners in three separate categories.

This year, there will be a couple of additional features. Ken and Linda Haynes have been selected by the West Grand Community Educational Foundation as Citizens of the Year. They will be honored after the talent show and while the audience votes are being counted.

Prior to the talent show, starting at 5:30 p.m. the West Grand High School Art Class will be hosting a soup dinner to raise funds for a trip to New York City.

The public is invited to join hosts Mike Ritschard and Larry Banman for an evening of fun and entertainment. Admission is only $5 per person.

For more information or to sign up as a talent act, please contact Larry Banman at (970) 217-6298 or at
