Sky Hi News Staff Report

The 13th Annual Heart of the Mountains Hospice Golf Tournament and Silent Auction will be held at Pole Creek Golf Course on Tuesday, July 14, 2015.

You may sign up to participate as a golfer or a sponsor at http://www.grandcountyhospice.org or contact Toni Barrett at 970 418-0429.

Heart of the Mountains Hospice (HMH) has been operating in Grand County for 15 years. HMH strives to create end-of-life options that allow patients choices that maintain dignity and integrity in providing high quality home hospice and respite care for individuals and their support systems.

Approximately 50 percent of HMH’s funding comes from grants, donations and fund raisers. The golf tournament and silent auction is a major fund raiser for HMH. Come and ‘Swing’ Fore Hospice to support this wonderful cause. Even if you don’t golf, come and view the silent auction items which include sports tickets, golfing, a beautiful quilt sewn by Peaks’ n Pines Quilt Guild, artwork by local artist Karen Vance, restaurant gift certificates and many other great items.
