Fraser Elementary School artists will be selling their creations at the Holiday Artisan Fair on Saturday, November 19 at the Fraser Valley Rec Center. From 10 a.m.-4 p.m. students from kindergarten-fifth grade will be selling art they created to benefit the Mountain Family Center and Mountain Pet Rescue. Third grader Mazie Giberson had the idea when she realized she wanted to help both animals and people in Grand County. The students have been working on their projects for a month and are now ready to begin selling their paintings. The art ranges from rainbows to circles to phoenixes, and everything in between. The art will sell quickly, so be sure to arrive early enough to take home your very own piece of local art.
