Josh Kellman plays Jim Haller (All Shook Up), Gomez (The Addams Family) and Bert Berry (42nd Street) at Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre this summer. Since making his RMRT debut back in 2009, Kellman has performed for five seasons in front of Grand Lake audiences and estimates having 12 different accents.

He played a villainous dragon lady in Thoroughly Modern Millie (2010) and the beloved Modern Major General in Pirates of Penzance (2009). Kellman has performed all over the country in professional theaters like the Sierra Repertory Theatre (Sonora, Calif.), Great Plains Theatre (Abilene, Kan.), The Gallery Players (Brooklyn), and most recently the Growing Stage of New Jersey where he played the father character in Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical.

“Rocky Mountain Rep has always been a place for really great people,” said Kellman who remembers performing when RMRT was headquartered in the Grand Lake Community House.

“Back then anything we got up was a miracle. For me it’s more of a job now with the new theatre. I feel a big responsibility to make sure The Addams Family is at least a little bit funny.”
