Strangebyrds perform Music On The Mall

WINTER PARK — Referred to as blue collar folk artists, Colorado duo Strangebyrds Cari Minor & Ray Smith, will be bringing their well-honed harmonies and spot on guitar-playing to Winter Park.
Strangebyrds will be performing songs that are insightful, thought provoking and relevant to our times. Their self-titled release, Strangebyrds was chosen as a top 10 local release in 2011 by the Marquee Magazine (Boulder/Denver). Their new release Migration (May 2013) has already garnered several accolades. Cari was chosen as a top ten finalist at the 2013 Rocky Mountain Folks Festival for the song “Black Sunday” and Ray got an honorable mention from the 2013 Telluride Bluegrass Festival troubadour contest for the song “Fall Mountains.”
