Watercolor techniques will be shared by four local artists from 3 to 5 p.m., July 20, at Cozens Ranch Museum. Donna Lyons, Carolyn Sunderland, Nancy Long and Jan Dahl will share a wide range of information about how to get started with the magic of watercolor. The topic will range from explaining sketchbooking, comparing watercolor papers and brush types, the importance of value, the power of shadows and wet into wet technics. Watercolor Magic is a celebration of the current Art Out of Thin Air Show and Sale displayed at Cozens Ranch Museum where visitors can view the 111 works of art by 62 artists. The show will be up for the remainder of July.
