Letter: Rocky Mountain National Park’s trail management holds Grand Lake back
Grand Lake has gotten two feet of snow over the last two weeks, but the trail through Rocky Mountain National Park remains closed. This is such a wasted area. People should be able to ride four-wheelers in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter on this trail.
This is holding Grand Lake back. Now, a majority of the trail system is burned, reducing the number of visitors who will come up. RMNP needs to be a contributor to the success of the town by thinking outside the box and not making excuses. Just my two cents.
