A GOP congress can right the wrongs
October 25, 2010
You did not have to be a member of Mensa to figure out that health insurance premiums would rise shortly after the health care bill was passed. No denial to people with pre-existing conditions, keeping your kids on a policy until they were 26 and many other burdens that have been placed upon the insurance industry. Insurance companies are in business to make a profit as
are all businesses. It seems the government wants to give everything away
and as the liberals put it, “level the playing field.” We have a president who is a socialist, a speaker of the house who in a recent speech to the steelworkers union made no bones about the fact that she is a socialist.
Nancy Pelosi has made some of the most bizarre statements I have ever heard.
She stated in a speech about health care, “we have to pass it to see what is
in it.” Where I come from you read a contract before signing it, but of course if you are not paying the freight who cares, Pelosi sure doesn’t.
We need a drastic change in congress and hopefully that will happen in several days. A GOP congress can vote down funding for the Health Care Bill and put a stop to this unfettered spending by the Obama administration.
All of us need to get out there and vote.
