Winter Park Town Hall can be reached at 726-8081, or visit It’s located at 50 Vasquez Rd.

Winter Park and the Fraser Valley are serve by the Fraser/Winter Park Police Department, 722-7779, and Grand County Sheriff’s Department, 725-3343.

The town’s electricity is provided by Mountain Parks Electric, 887-3378. Gas is provide through Xcel Energy, (800) 772-7858.

If you live in Old Town, your water and sewer is provided by Winter Park Water and Sanitation District, 887-2970. Or if you live in the downtown area, those services go through the Grand County Water and Sanitation District, 726-5583.

Cable TV service is provided by Comcast Cable, 887-2175. Cable is not available in some areas of the Fraser Valley, in which case residents choose a commercial satellite dish network.

The Trash Company, (970) 627-8531, and Waste Management, 725-3350, provides trash removal in Winter Park. There is some recycling provided to businesses and employees in the area, but the main recycling hub is located at the Grand County Landfill outside of Granby, provided by Valley Recycles, 726-0340.

Regular telephone services is provided by Qwest, (800) 244-1111. Internet is provided through Winter Park Web (970) 726-9141, or Grand County Internet Services, 627-0034.

The Fraser Valley Library, locate in Fraser, is open Monday through Saturday, and provides free Internet access, children’s story hours, adult cultural programs, and visitor’s borrowing collection.

The Fraser Valley Metropolitan Recreation District provides recreational programs, winter and summer leagues, and other classes such as line-dancing, pottery and languages. Golfers can also get a “resident card” with the district for the Pole Creek Golf Course, (970) 726-4708, the Fraser Valleys local golf course.
