Americans need to find common ground, common sense

To the Editor:

As the political arena heats up common sense becomes more important than ever. Our communities will continue to face controversial topics such as environmental issues, medical centers, rodeo grounds, education, county roads and development, as well as the race for the White House. Viewpoints from Republicans, Democrats and those who have not sided with a major party should be heard and evaluated by each individual.

As a community we need to find some common ground and common sense in order to move forward.
