Assistant district attorney resigns

The 14th Judicial District’s assistant district attorney has resigned.

Han Ng, who held the position since 2012, resigned on July 15, said Donna Zulian with the 14th Judicial District.

Zulian would not elaborate on the circumstances surrounding Ng’s resignation and did not know when a replacement would be named.

District Attorney Brett Barkey will appoint Ng’s replacement, Zulian said.

The 14th Judical District encompasses Grand, Moffat and Routt counties. Ng worked primarily from the district’s Hot Sulphur Springs office.
