Q. How long have you lived in Grand County and what brought you here?

A. I moved to Grand County in the fall of 1990. Skiing and the mountains.

Q. What made you choose the home you live in?

A. My home was a fixer-upper. Something my husband and I have always been drawn to.

Q. Favorite place in the house:

A. The back yard. Lots of room for the family.

Q. Your home’s best feature:

A. That it is located on a cull-de-sac.

Q. Morning routine:

A. Wake up the kids, breakfast with the family and either to work or ski conditioning.

Q. Favorite piece of art in your home:

A. A small print of Picasso. “The Three Musicians.” I have always loved Picasso and studying his work/life. Brings me back to my youth.

Q. Greatest misconception about your job:

A. That we are all about the business and the clients come second. Sales is about creating relationships.

Q. What was your most memorable sale?

A. A sale at Trademark condominiums in Winter Park ski area this year. Just a genuine client that you cannot match.

Q. Possession you most need in Grand County?

A. Walking shoes.

Q. Least favorite household chore:

A. Cleaning.

Q. Personal hero:

A. My dad. He has given me great standards and base to grow from.

Q. Best piece of advice you’ve ever been given:

A. To “chew on it.” Thinking things through.
