Authorities seek information about missing Grand Lake teen

The Grand County Sheriff’s Office is seeking anyone’s assistance with an investigation concerning the location and welfare of Dallas McCloskey, a missing 17 year old juvenile from Grand Lake. Dallas McCloskey was last seen March 7, 2011, when he was seen by a motorist being dropped off at the intersection of Highway 34 and 40, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Dallas is described as a white male standing 6 feet in height and weighing 140 pounds. He is decribed as having reddish/blonde, shoulder-length curly hair and blue eyes. He was reported as having a small daypack with him and a sleeping bag.

“Dallas is not in any trouble,” said Grand County Sheriff Rod Johnson. “Nor is he wanted for anything. We need to know his location and make sure he is all right.”
