It was another successful year for Middle Park Medical Center’s annual fundraising event BASH, raising $70,000 for the Grand County-based health care provider, according to representatives of the center’s foundation.

Over $22,000 of the funds raised is specifically for scholarship opportunities, for Middle Park Medical Center employees continuing their education in health care along with high school seniors in both West and East Grand School Districts who are interested in pursuing a career in health care.

“BASH 2018 was a great event. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the attendees, the sponsors, and donors. This a fun-filled evening benefitting Middle Park Medical Center and thank you for your generosity. As donors to our organization, you are a part of something really special – you are a part of our community — you make everything we do possible,” said Jason Bryan, executive director of the Middle Park Medical Foundation.

This year marked the third straight year the event was sold out, with over 200 guests attending the event March 3 at Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa inside the High Lonesome Barn.
