Bessie Minor Swift Foundation deadline Feb. 15
The Bessie Minor Swift Foundation is still accepting grant applications from organizations in Grand County. The deadline for applications is Feb. 15. The Bessie Minor Swift Foundation was formed by the owners and founder of Swift Communications and has awarded more than $300,000 in grants to programs in communities where Swift conducts business. The Foundation supports programs in the arts, languages and sciences for preschool, primary and secondary school-aged children. All applicants will be notified by e-mail either that their application has been declined or approved by May 1.
In 2015 more than 200 applications were received.
