BOCC OKs third GCLD trustee

At their Tuesday, October 4 meeting the Grand County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) passed a motion to approve Jim Sloan to the Grand County Library District (GCLD) Board of Trustees. Sloan is a Kremmling resident and will fill the vacancy for district 3. Roxane White, also from Kremmling, formally held the seat.

The BOCC had postponed the appointment of Sloan from their September 26 meeting, as Commissioner Manguso wanted to discuss the position with Sloan. Manguso said she had the opportunity to talk with Sloan and was ready to move forward with the appointment.

Marcus Davis, a Hot Sulphur Springs resident will fill the At Large B seat from which Leslie Crosby resigned.

Carol Hunter, a Grand Lake resident was chosen for the At Large A seat, formerly held by Kim Jensen.
