Mountain Chalet Property Management has expanded to offer comprehensive and personalized rental and real estate services in Grand County with the addition of three new partners.

Eric Mowrey, Alexandra Mowrey, and Chad Griffith have aligned with Dick Norman and his team to create Mountain Chalet Properties.

Alexandra Mowrey is spearheading all rental aspects and will be working to add more properties to the growing portfolio. After four years of rental management in Vail, Mowrey brings customer service, attention to detail, and a mountain of experience in rentals. Mountain Chalet Properties offers a rental inventory that consists of long and short term rentals throughout Grand County.

Eric Mowrey is a Managing Partner at Mountain Chalet Properties and a licensed Colorado real estate broker. He brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of mortgage banking and mortgage finance to this new role. Mowrey is looking forward to helping clients maximize their real estate potential while providing guests with a five-star experience.

Chad Griffith, Managing Partner at Mountain Chalet Properties, brings 14 years of real estate and asset management experience, providing REO (real estate owned) asset management and disposition services to institutional and private clients nationwide. He is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and has successfully managed and facilitated the sale of several thousand bank owned properties nationwide dating back to 2002.

Mountain Chalet Properties has partnered with 970Brokers to expand their property management services and add professional real estate transaction services.

Eric and Chad are now offering transactional coordination services for buyers, sellers, and investors.
