Resort Management Group promotes Shelley Nordin
GRANBY — Resort Management Group has announced the appointment of Shelley Nordin to the Senior Management team as VP of Operations.
Nordin brings with her a vast knowledge of Resort Management, Homeowner Association, and Property Management experience, according to a statement prepared by the company.

As property manager at The Mountainside, Nordin has been with RMG for the past eight years. Under her leadership, Mountainside has been designated Silver Crown status by RCI standards for four consecutive years, which Shelley attributes to building strong, trusting relationships with her owners and Boards
“I put myself in the shoes of the Association and the owner of the property, which is the key to great property management. Each property is run as if we own it,” said Nordin.
Rick Jernigan, managing partner at Resort Management Group, describes Shelley’s experience and style as, “serving owners and their guests. Shelley excels at anticipating needs and delivering beyond people’s expectations.”
Mike Claney, founding partner, formed Resort Management Group in 1998.
“We understand our growth is dependent on associate satisfaction, and we strive to empower our team and promote from within,” he said. “We are thrilled to have Shelley in this new role to enhance Association Management, Homeowner Relations, and Rental Management Program.”
“I am extremely excited to have this opportunity to continue to grow within Resort Management Group. There are over 100 years of property management experience on our team to draw from,” said Nordin. “This is why I consider RMG the leader in Grand County Property Management.”
