Byers Peak Medicine seeks patient input
Byers Peak Family Medicine has been selected as one of 74 practices in the State of Colorado to participate in a program called the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative. The initiative is sponsored by Medicare as well as eight other insurance providers in the state. The goal of the initiative is to improve the health of our patients by providing support and funding to primary care offices across seven different states to enhance and strengthen primary care.
As part of this effort, Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Glancey are developing a Patient and Family Advisory Council. A Patient and Family Advisory Council is a group that meets regularly and consists of patients and family members who receive care at our practice. The group will meet quarterly with both physicians to discuss improvements in care, processes at the office and patient and families experiences. If you or your family members would like to participate please let us know. We can be contacted by phone at 970-722-0300 or email at drg@byerspeakfm.com.
