Annabelle was born at home in Fountain, Colo with the help of Mountain Mircales Midwifery to her parents RJ Carland (son of Jim and Deb Carland of Kremmling) and his wife Liz Carland (Reimer – daughter of Jon Reimer and Cindy Barnes of Colorado Springs, Colorado). Annabelle is the first born to RJ and Liz on August 9, 2022 at 4:16 pm.
