The Colorado chain law that went into effect on Berthoud Pass in both directions this morning because of snow has been lifted, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation. Conditions were reported as snowy and wet at about 11 a.m.

The storm also resulted in the chain law being enacted on Loveland Pass, which was still in effect just before 11 a.m., while snowy conditions are reported on Interstate 70 at the Eisenhower Tunnel.

CDOT’s website also indicates that Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park is closed this morning because of the wintry conditions.
