Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties merges with Breck firm

Sky-Hi News Staff

Winter Park-based Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties has merged with Coldwell Banker Rounds & Porter of Breckenridge, according to a press release.

Dennis Saffell, owner and operator of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, will oversee both offices, according to the press release.

“Colorado’s mountain real estate market has grown significantly, and smaller, boutique firms have a difficult time competing and meeting expectations,” Saffell said in the press release. “We’re now in a far greater position to provide our customers with the level of service and support that’s critical in today’s home buying and selling environment.”

Saffell, who was not available for comment on Tuesday, has owned Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties since 1984.
