Colleagues will sorely miss Fraser Valley principal
To the Editor:
An open letter to the Grand County community:
It is with deepest condolences that we extend our sympathies to all of the administrators, staff and students of East Grand School District.
We are saddened by the loss of Reba Ferguson, a truly amazing leader and caring principal. She was respected as a professional and had been a valued member of our Mountain Principals Roundtable.
Reba added humor and wisdom to our conversations. She was always open to new ideas and devoted her energy to solicit creative solutions to others’ challenges. We will miss her bright smile, quick wit and her devotion to developing the best educational opportunities for the children in Colorado.
Our hearts go out to her family, friends and students during this very difficult time.
