Columnist in for ‘dose of political reality’
To the Editor:
After reading Ms. Muftic’s column of Dec. 29, I had to chuckle. I can’t believe that a woman with her supposed knowledge of politics can be so naïve about Barrack Obama .
To begin with, Obama is a product of the Chicago machine. The machine was responsible for him winning a Senate seat and later the presidency. If Ms. Muftic thinks Obama will turn his back on his supporters, she is sadly mistaken.
Should Obama try to reform Congress, Pelosi, Reid and that gang will cut him off at the knees.
I am afraid Ms. Muftic is in for a large dose of political reality.

KREMMLING — For some ranchers in Troublesome Valley, the worst impacts of the wildfire that began near there in October might not arrive until summer — or even summers beyond.
