Community briefs: Construction companies join forces in Grand County

Construction firms join forces

On Dec. 16, Conrad J. Line & Bradley J. Line of TFC, Inc., of Findlay, Ohio, and Hal F. Simmons, president of Never Summer Construction in Granby joined professional construction forces to provide residential, commercial and institutional construction services. This expansion of services allows the combined firm to better respond and adapt to client requests and industry innovations.

The Lines are managing TFC, Inc., a 28-year Ohio and Colorado firm, and both have Bachelor’s degrees in construction management from Ohio State University. Simmons has been a Grand County builder for more than 30 years. They recently teamed up on the 18,000-square-foot expansion of Winter Park Christian Church. They will be relocating their families and business headquarters to Granby.

The Lines are excited to become a part of the Grand County community and extend the legacy of Simmons’s quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
