Deadline to enter the Grand County Parade of Homes Feb. 15

Lindsey Morrow
Grand County Builders Association

The Grand County Parade of Homes is a home tour event for Grand County. Visitors come to see the craftsmanship of our local builders and they use these homes as a reference when deciding to build or remodel and move to Grand County. It is also an opportunity to bring people into our community and to show them how wonderful Grand County is.

The Grand County 2016 Parade of Homes is scheduled for the weekend of September 15-18. We are very excited for the potential to be able to host this event in September.

This year we will be having the Parade of Homes county-wide from Winter Park to Grand Lake. Entries can include new homes, single family and multifamily construction from the last 3 years. This gives all builders a great opportunity to showcase their building talents.

Deadline to enter the 2016 Parade of Homes is Feb. 15. To enter, download the contract on http://www.grandcountybuildersassoc.com, click on 2016 Parade of Homes. Criteria for this event to move forward will be at least 12 homes participating. For more information call 970-726-8657. Grand County Builders Association needs to hear back from homeowners by Feb. 15 in order to move forward.

Grand County Builders Association is an advocate for the building industry. We are a collective voice to be heard in the political arena, a voice in the environmental arena, and most importantly, a voice in our community.
