Enhancing Your Mobile Lifestyle

Beginning Wednesday Oct. 14 the Grand County Library District will offer a series of classes on enhancing your mobile lifestyle and the proper use of mobile technology devies. The classes will be conducted by Jan Golden.

Golden will present four class sessions during “Enhance Your Mobile Lifestyle.” Each of the four classes will be offered twice at the Granby Library; Wednesday evenings and Thursday afternoons starting October 14th. The courses are designed for those with an Apple device.

Golden is a web developer with 30 years in the tech industry. She writes about interacting with your devices in day-to-day life. She is a technology blogger for the Huffington Post/50, targeting people over 50. Visit Jan’s author page at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jan-golden/.



She also just spoke at the Boom! conference in Denver at the Inverness Hotel. The session was titled “Beyond the Selfie–Using Technology to Preserve Your Memories,”

Golden lives in Winter Park and loves to ski, hike and bike with friends and family. She is a founder of Boomer WebSchool, Jan helps you sort through the confusion of technology.

Wednesday night sessions will be held Oct. 14, Oct. 21, Oct. 28, and Nov. 4 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. each night.
