Expect delays on Highway 40 at Berthoud Falls starting next week

Sky-Hi staff report news@skyhinews.com

Motorists should be prepared for upcoming traffic delays on U.S. Highway 40 at Berthoud Falls in Clear Creek County.

According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, work will begin at 7 a.m. Monday, June 4 and last through most of the day. Traffic will be reduced to one lane, with flagging operations, as crews repair a sinkhole.

Work will take place during the daytime hours, with both lanes open by night.

Repairs should be completed by the end of next week, June 8, according to CDOT.
