Headwaters Trails Alliance is holding its final trail run of its series Run the Ranches this weekend. The series features a trail run/walk at three different “ranches” between August and September. Devil’s Thumb Ranch completes the series on Sunday, Sept. 18, where participants can meander through the beautiful fall foliage at one of Grand County’s finest guest ranches that encompasses 5,000 acres at the foot of the Continental Divide in the beautiful Ranch Creek Valley.
There are prizes for top finishers and refreshments for all. Wild Horse Catering has provided gourmet cookies for after-race treats.
Online registration is at http://www.runreg.com until noon on Friday to get early bird pricing ($20 Adults, $10 Children). Race day registration is available beginning at 8:30 a.m. All races start at 10 a.m.
