Fraser hearing about Grand Park sign code changes in limbo
October 20, 2009
The Town of Fraser has scheduled a public hearing at 7 p.m. tonight, Oct. 21, on the Grand Park Master Plan.
But, town planner Catherine Trotter said staff is recommending that the board continue the public hearing one more time because applicant Clark Lipscomb has not provided the town with the additional information she said the town needs to complete its draft of the ordinance.
Meanwhile, Lipscomb has indicated to town staff that he now intends to comply instead with the approved Fraser Sign Code and to move forward with signage within those parameters, Trotter said.
That could table the First Amendment to the Grand Park Master Sign Plan permanently, Trotter said.
Lispcomb has not applied for any new sign permits, Trotter added.
