Granby Jones cleanup set for Saturday

Hands Across The Community is bringing churches, organizations and citizens together to seek out opportunities for service throughout Grand County communities. On Saturday, June 12, community groups and residents will partner with Granby Jones Mobile Home Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a day of cleanup, minor repairs, food, fun, and fellowship.

The management team from Granby Jones, members of the Grand River Assembly of God, along with The Center 4 Excellence and local residents will be on hand to lend a hand.

Individuals needing community service hours for restitution or graduation requirements are encouraged to participate.

There will be food on site at Granby Jones and games for the kids at the Grand Meadows Park. Information about summer school and other outreach programs will be available.

For more information, call Tony Acevedo, 887-3511, Pastor Bill Blake, 887-3522, or Larry Norman, 557-4100.
