Granby town councilors to take personality tests

With a new mayor and new trustees on board, Granby officials agreed to participate in personality/psychology profiles to find out how each other thinks and how to positively work together.

Town Clerk Deb Hess, who conducted the test while working for a former employer, told board members Tuesday that the profiles promote “bonding” and better communication through understanding.

Hess suggested board members take part in the profiles prior to the town planning retreat, which is set for June in Grand County. The test is at a cost of $80 per board member. Board members invited town staff members to participate out of staff training budgets.
