Grand County election results

More than 6,000 ballots have been counted so far for the 2021 election, with property tax questions, term limits and school board candidates on the ballot across the county. These are the unofficial results as of late Tuesday night with about 90 ballots left to count, according to the county clerk.

Amendment 78 — Give lawmakers more oversight of state spending. Requires 55% approval to pass because it adds to the Colorado Constitution.

Proposition 119 — Increase taxes on retail marijuana by 5% to fund out-of-school learning opportunities for children.

Proposition 120 — Reduce the residential property tax assessment rate from 7.15% to 6.5% and other property tax assessment rates from 29% to 26.4%
