Mike Ritter, PGA Head Professional Emeritus for Grand Elk Golf Club, has retired. He was the head pro at the Granby club for 15 of the 20 years the course was opened.

“Mike has been a proud Grand County resident since 1982,” wrote Granby resident Juli Eichler. “A memorable scarecrow was erected in his honor. Goodbye and good luck to a much-loved golf legend! Best wishes to Mike in his further endeavors, and a safari was on his bucket list!”
