Grand County Jail Log

As of Monday, the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 34 prisoners ” two fewer than the previous week. Those booked into the jail over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Kathryn M. Hernandez, 53, of Grand Lake, theft – pickpocketing, April 6;



Amador Saldivar-Guzman, 34, of Granby, vehicular eluding, resisting arrest, reckless driving, no valid driver’s license, seat belt violation, speeding – 76 mph in a 65 mph zone, failure to provide proof of insurance, April 6;

Ryan S. Harding, 23, of Fraser, driving under the influence, April 6, Mittimus;



Donald L. Norman, 21, of Granby, held for Department of Corrections, April 6;

Aneattra J. Norman, 34, of Granby, held for Department of Corrections , April 6;

Loraine F. Tinkum, 50, of Denver, resisting arrest, April 7, Mittimus;

Christian F. Villegas, 28, of Denver, driving under restraint – alcohol, illegal window tint, fugitive of justice – failure to comply/Jefferson County, April 8;

Nathan P. Luton, 21, of Grand Lake, theft – $1,000-$20,000, April 8;

Josheau S. Charles, 35, of Loveland, driving under restraint, April 8, Mittimus;

Jason Wilson, 36, of Grand Lake, driving under the influence, weaving, failure to display valid registration, April 8;

Andrea M. Remagen, 23, of Granby, theft – $50-$300, April 8;

Michael J. Ratchford, 51, no current address, fugitive of justice – failure to comply/Park County, April 9;

Lewis J. McGrath, 76, of Winter Park, 1st degree criminal trespassing – dwelling, driving under the influence, obstruction of police, failure to display valid registration, April 9;

Donald J. Radcliff, 45, of Northglenn, aggravated assault-police-weapon-vehice, driving under the influence, DUI per se, speeding – 48 mph in a 35 mph zone, April 9;

Kevin L. Andersen, 40, of Grand Lake, failure to appear – conservation/animal, April 10;

Ronald Y. Walton, 40, of Denver, driving under the influence, April 10, Mittimus;

John S. Jeffries, 27, of Granby, burglary-residence-forced, theft, criminal mischief, theft by receiving, violation of bail bonds – two counts, violation of a protection order, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, drug equipment violations, April 10;

Claire G. McGrath, 47, of Grand Lake, attempted criminal trespassing, driving under the influence, April 11;

Thomas M. Digregorio, 23, of Winter Park, fugitive of justice-U.S. Marshal/Denver, April 12;

Denice A. Archuleta, 37, of Granby, driving under the influence, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to drive in a single lane, April 12;

Cameron E. Stuart, 32, of Steamboat Springs, driving under the influence of alcohol, no proof of insurance, speeding – 5-9 mph over the limit, April 12;

Lonnie D. Sheets, 45, of Denver, driving under restraint – alcohol, April 12;

Kathryn M. Hernandez, 53, of Grand Lake, 1st degree burglary, identity theft, forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a financial device, criminal mischief, theft – less than $500, violation of a protection order, procuring food or accommodations with intent to defraud, April 13.
