As of Monday, the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 38 inmates, an increase from recent weeks. Those booked into the jail over the past week, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Robert M. Erbe, 28, of Denver, driving while ability impaired, Nov. 9, Mittimus;

Jeremy J. Jaehn, 31, of Granby, fugitive of justice – failure to appear on traffic offense, Nov. 10;

Ward A. Krohn, 43, of Gunnison, driving under restraint – prior alcohol-related, defective vehicle, Nov. 10;

Kent G. Thompson, 44, of Elbert, fugitive of justice (two counts) – driving under restraint and failure to appear, Nov. 11;

Rachel E. Thompson, 26, of Denver, driving under restraint, Nov. 11, Mittimus;

Nicholas J. Payne, 22, of Tabernash, failure to comply – criminal impersonation, Nov. 13;

Edward R. Miller, 27, of Granby, 3rd degree assault, Nov. 13;

Omara Norez-Lopez, 28, of Fraser, 3rd degree assault, criminal mischief, Nov. 14;

Tyler N. Jenson, 19, of Kremmling, 2nd degree burglary, theft, Nov. 14;

Lawrence M. Gibson, 37, of Kremmling, harassment, misdemeanor menacing, Nov. 14;

Rhysm Robertson, 28, of Winter Park, distribution of marijuana, Nov. 14;

Alex J. Galbate, 20, of Boulder, attempted 2nd degree assault, obstruction of police, resisting arrest, 2nd degree criminal tampering, Nov. 15.
