Grand County Jail Log " Nov. 3
After holding steady at 31 prisoners for the past couple of weeks, the Grand County Jail saw its inmate population edge up by one to 32 prisoners as of Monday.
Those individuals who were booked at the county jail in Hot Sulphur Springs over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings are:
Mark J. Seetram, 44, of Denver, third degree assault, Oct. 27;
Adam M. McClellen, 22, of Granby, failure to comply on a charge of obstruction of firefighters, Oct. 27;
Duane G. Peper, 55, of Grand Lake, failure to comply, Oct. 27, Mittimus;
Jason W. Mosow, 30, of Fraser, failure to appear on a traffic charge, Oct. 27;
William J. Lehr, 65, of Morrison, driving after license was under restraint ” habitual traffic offender, Oct. 27, Mittimus;
Mark T. Hyche, 45, of Grand Lake, second degree burglary, second degree assault and criminal mischief, Oct. 27;
Erick E. Varela, 20, of Denver, driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 27, Mittimus;
Jeffrey J. Greiner, 21, of Grand Lake, driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 28;
Steven A. Hutchins, 36, of Silverthorne, probation violation, Oct. 29, Mittimus;
Jerry L. Chase, 60, of Fraser, failure to appear on charge of damaging property, obstructing justice, and three charges of stalking, Oct. 31;
