The prisoner population of the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, remained steady for a second week at 31 inmates.

Those individuals who were booked at the county jail over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings are:

Donn P. Whitten, 47, of Granby, driving after license was under restraint ” habitual traffic offender, Oct. 20;



Cristen C. Crockett, 28, of Winter Park, failure to comply on a charge of driving after license was under restraint and failure to appear on a charge of driving while ability impaired, Oct. 20;

Donald M. Heberlein, 48, of Fraser, failure to appear on a charge of driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 20;



Antonio L. Cruz, 20, of Breckenridge, failure to appear on a traffic charge and fugitive of justice on a Jefferson County charge of no proof of insurance, Oct. 20;

Jaime A. Avita Ruiz, 20, of Denver, fugitive of justice from a Jefferson County charge of failure to appear and driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 20, Mittimus;

James R. Stafford, 20, of Grand Lake, possession of marijuana and conspiracy to commit unlawful sale, Oct. 20;

Duane A. Salazar, 52, of Whitewater, harassment, Oct. 21;

Marcus D. Shaw, 40, of Fraser, driving under the influence and failing to yield the right of way, Oct. 23;

Michael Nicol, 43, of Commerce City, failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court, Oct. 23;

Freddie A. Allen, 44, of Denver, failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence and contempt of court on a harassment charge, Oct. 23;

Michael K. Frierson, 28, of Kremmling, violation of a restraining order, Oct. 23, Mittimus;

Jason P. Horvath, 26, of Grand Lake, aggravated driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 23, Mittimus;

Jamie R. Lisenby, 27, of Granby, fugitive of justice from a charge of possession of dangerous drugs, Oct. 23;

Peter N. Speir, 22, of Granby, resisting arrest, Oct. 24;

Duncan J. Banker, 24, of Centennial, driving under the influence, Oct. 24;

Jose T. Carroll, 25, of Granby, probation violation, Oct. 24;

Jeremiah K. Helton, 20, of Kremmling, third degree assault (domestic violence), Oct. 24, Mittimus;

Archibald M. Gibson, 28, of Silverthorne, driving while ability impaired, Oct. 24, Mittimus;

Brian E. Hall, 27, of Grand Lake, driving under the influence, Oct. 25;

Karl M. Straub, 38, of Granby, driving under the influence, canceled/denied driver’s license, open container of alcohol in a vehicle, disregarding a traffic control device and DUI per se, Oct. 25;

Paul A. Britt, 23, of Granby, driving under the influence, failing to present evidence of insurance and careless driving, Oct. 25;

Edward J. Kean, 45, of Westminster, driving after license was under restraint due to an alcohol-related offense and seat belt violation, Oct. 26;

Eduardo Sandoval, 18, of Denver, possession of a forged instrument, driving after license was suspended, no proof of insurance and following too close, Oct. 26.
