Grand County Jail Report
As of Monday, the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 33 prisoners, one more than the previous week. Those booked into the jail over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Jeffrey M. Rigdon, 30, of Grand Lake, failure to appear – possession of marijuana, June 9;
Monte L. Rogers Jr., 46, of Fraser, 3rd degree assault – knowingly/recklessly causing injury, June 10, Mittimus;
Robert S. Pierce, 23, of Westminster, driving under the influence, June 12, Mittimus;
Scott C. Maybanks, 22, of Winter Park, drug violations – cocaine, criminal conspiracy, drug equipment violations, June 13;
Rick J. Davis, 29, of Winter Park, drug violations – cocaine, criminal conspiracy, June 13;
Darrin F. Eakins, 43, of Steamboat Springs, driving under the influence, no proof of insurance, speeding 10-19 mph over the limit, driving without a license, June 13;
Brett A. Gingery, 26, of Tabernash, driving under the influence, expired/no license plates, June 13;
Lisa M. Sedgewick, 48, of Kremmling, driving under restraint – alcohol-related, driving under the influence, June 13;
David M. Masterson, 50, of Kremmling, intimidate witness/victim, 3rd degree assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of police, June 13;
Xochitlt Ramirez, 28, of Denver, fugitive of justice – failure to appear/Denver, June 14.
