Grand County local government meetings this week

There are a number of local government and governing board meetings this week in Grand County.

The Town of Grand Lake’s Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Wednesday April 20 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The Town of Grand Lake web site states a meeting will be held, “if there is an agenda”.

The Town of Granby has no official meetings scheduled for this week but Municipal Court is scheduled for Thursday April 21 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The East Grand School District Board of Education will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday April 19 beginning at 6 p.m. This is the Board’s first meeting following the district’s annual Spring Break.

The Grand County Library District Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday April 19 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Granby Library, located at 55 Zero Street in Granby. On the agenda for the Library District Board meeting is the presentation of first quarter circulation statistics, first quarter financial analysis, a discussion of the economic stabilization funds used to support library operations and a discussion on the sustainability of the Library among other topics.

The Town of Fraser is scheduled to hold their regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday April 20 at Fraser Town Hall. Items on the agenda include Oath of Office for newly elected officials and Aerial Adventure Park proposal for 120 Zerex.

The Grand County Board of County Commissioners meets at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 19 at the Grand County Administration Building in Hot Sulphur Springs, Top Floor in the Commissioners Meeting Room. Full agenda click here.
