Grand County local government meetings this week
Local government meetings are fairly light in Grand County this week, Nov. 28 through Dec. 2, 2016.
The Grand Lake Board of Trustees will hold both a Workshop/Special Meeting and a Regular Meeting on Monday Nov. 28.
The Workshop/Special Meeting will begin at 5 p.m. in the Grand Lake Town Hall. The Board will hear items from Grand Lake Town Manager Jim White as well as meeting updates. Additionally during the Workshop the Board will review a quasi-judicial issues for consideration to grant an appeal to a denied Sign Permit Application. The Board will also consider designation of representatives to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments.
The Grand Lake Board of Trustees Regular Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Monday Nov. 28, also in the Grand Lake Town Hall. The Board will consider a Special Event Liquor Permit for Grand County Pet Pals for Dustin Barnes’ Auction event. In “New Business” for the evening the Board will consider granting an appeal to a denied Sign Permit Application and will consider designating representatives to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments.
The Town of Granby has no formal meetings scheduled for this week. The application deadline for next month’s Planning Meeting is 4:30 p.m. Friday Dec. 2.
